Terms of Service

Last updated October 30, 2026

These terms explain how HustleHub works, what you agree to when you use it, and what you can expect from us.

Agreeing to these terms

HustleHub is a local marketplace that connects people who need help with everyday tasks to people willing to do that work. By creating an account, posting a hustle, or applying for one, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.

You must be at least 18 years old to use HustleHub.

HustleHub is a marketplace, not an employer

HustleHub is not an employer, staffing agency, or contractor. Hustlers are independent people who choose the work they take on. Customers and hustlers agree directly on the scope, timing, and price of each hustle.

We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee the work. We do not guarantee that a hustle will be filled or that a worker will show up. Hustlers are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, insurance, and tools.

Your account

You are responsible for the information on your account and for anything done through it. Keep your login secure and tell us right away if you believe it has been used without your permission.

One person, one account. Do not create accounts to get around a suspension or to post fake reviews.

Posting a hustle

  • Describe the work truthfully, including what is included, when it is needed, and where it happens.
  • Set a realistic budget and payment type. The budget you post is the amount the hustler expects.
  • Only post work you are legally allowed to have done at the location, and make sure you have permission to be there.
  • Provide the exact address so the hustle can be completed. Your exact address is only shown to you and to the hustler you hire.

Doing the work

  • Apply only for work you intend to complete at the price and time you propose.
  • Show up when you say you will. If you cannot, tell the customer as early as possible.
  • Complete the work as agreed and within the terms you accepted.
  • Follow the safety, legal, and licensing requirements that apply to the work you take on.

Payments and fees

Payments are processed through Base44 Payments. HustleHub charges a service fee on each completed transaction, and the remainder is paid to the hustler. The amount and fee are shown before you pay.

Keep payment on the platform. Asking for or offering payment outside HustleHub removes the protections that come with an in-platform payment, including the ability to dispute a charge, and is a violation of these terms.

Reviews and reputation

After a hustle is completed, the customer and the hustler can review each other. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with that person and that job.

Fake, incentivized, or retaliatory reviews may be removed, and accounts that manipulate reviews may be suspended.

Cancellations, disputes, and refunds

If work does not go as agreed, first message the other person through HustleHub. If you cannot resolve it, open a dispute on the hustle or report it to our team. We review the messages, job details, and payment records, and may issue a refund, release or hold a payment, or close the hustle.

Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or disputes may affect your ability to use HustleHub.

Suspension and termination

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or close an account that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines, that poses a safety or fraud risk, or that we are required to act on by law. We may also remove content that breaks these terms.

You can stop using HustleHub at any time and delete your account from your profile. Some records, such as payment history, may be kept where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

HustleHub is provided as-is. We do not verify every user, listing, or business, except where a profile is explicitly marked as verified. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of work performed by users.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HustleHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from work arranged through the marketplace, and our total liability for any claim relating to the marketplace is limited to the service fees HustleHub collected on the transaction in question.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the marketplace changes. When we make a meaningful change we will post the new version here with a new date, and where appropriate let you know in the app. Continuing to use HustleHub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
