What does HustleHub cost?

Creating an account and posting a job are free. When a job is paid through HustleHub, a 15% platform fee is taken from the agreed price, so the person who did the work receives 85%.

You agree on a price before work starts, then pay securely in the app once the job has been marked complete. Card details are handled by our payment provider.

Is HustleHub available where I live?

HustleHub is open to people and businesses across the United States. How many jobs or workers you see depends on your area.

This policy explains what information HustleHub collects, why we collect it, who can see it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
Profile details you add: photo, bio, skills, categories you work in, and your general area.
Hustle details: titles, descriptions, budgets, schedules, photos, and the city, state, and ZIP where the work happens.
Messages and files you send through HustleHub, including attachments.
Business listing details you publish, such as your business name, description, logo, photos, service area, and website.

Location information

When you post a hustle we ask for the exact address so the person you hire can find you. That address is stored separately and is visible only to you, the hustler you hire, and HustleHub administrators handling a dispute or safety issue.

Other people browsing HustleHub see a general area only, such as your city and state. We also use an approximate latitude and longitude derived from your address to show you nearby hustles and to alert nearby hustlers, without revealing the address itself.

Information collected automatically

We record basic technical and usage information needed to run the app, such as the pages you visit, actions like posting or applying, device and browser type, and error logs. We use product analytics to understand which parts of HustleHub are used so we can improve them; these events are not used to build advertising profiles.

How we use your information

To create your account, show your profile, and let customers and hustlers find each other.
To deliver the hustles, applications, messages, notifications, and business listings you ask for.
To process payments through Base44 Payments and keep the related records.
To keep the marketplace safe: reviewing reports and disputes, detecting fraud or abuse, enforcing our terms, and supporting law enforcement where legally required.
To send you service messages about your account, hustles, and payments.

What we share

We do not sell your personal information.

Your name, profile, ratings, and public business listing are visible to other people using HustleHub. Contact details and exact addresses are shared with the other person only after a hustle is accepted, so conversations can move forward.

Messages are visible to the people in that conversation, and to HustleHub administrators when a conversation is reported or part of a dispute.

We share information with service providers that run parts of the platform, such as hosting, file storage, email delivery, and our payment processor. They may only use it to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect someone's safety.

Payments

Card details are entered on our payment provider's hosted checkout page. HustleHub and its operators never see or store your full card number. We keep the transaction records needed to operate payments, payouts, refunds, and disputes.

Your choices

Edit or remove profile details at any time from your profile.
Control notifications in your account settings, and block people you do not want to hear from.
Ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it.
Delete your account from your profile. This removes your profile, your open hustles, and your listings; records we must keep for payments, tax, or fraud prevention are retained for the period the law requires.

Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the marketplace, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, and separated storage for sensitive details such as exact addresses and payment records. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and never share your login.

Children

HustleHub is for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will post the updated version here with a new date and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. The current version always applies once it is posted.
